friendly tournament in which some senior tennis players from
Hurghada's corporate world challenge each other in doubles. It will
be a challenging day for the players. We invite to come and cheer
the players on The First One Day Senior Tennis Tournament at
Intercontinental Hotel in Hurghada William Tennis Service in
Hurghada organized the first “One Day Senior Tennis Tournament”
sponsored by Canon, Bulls Restaurant the lawyer Wael Gozhlany & the
new magazine “Fun Time”. On Saturday 9th of February 2008 the
motivated players were ready to win from 12:00 till 16:00 at the
tennis courts at the Intercontinental Hotel in Hurghada. The Weather
was perfect-for the audience…
the
players started to sweat already during the 10 minutes warm-up
before starting the match.But they managed it fantastic and it was
real entertainment for all the people watching the tournament! The
12 participants played in doubles with different partners for each
match .every player had to finish 3 matches of 40 minutes. After
every match the participants had a break of 10 minutes and got new
energy from cakes and drinks which were sponsored by Bulls
restaurant. The 1. Price winner of the tournament with the highest
point was Mr. Marek Pietkiewicz from Poland and guest at
Intercontinental Hotel. He is now the lucky owner of a digital
camera sponsored by Canon.
The
2. Price winner is Mr. Ahmed Sabry from Hilton Plaza Hotel, followed
by Mr. Hany Mounir from Mövenpick El Gouna and Mr.Karim Nahas from
Hilton Long Beach Hotel. They honored by getting special discounts
at the Canon Shop and a diner cheque with compliments from Bulls
Restaurant. Congratulations!! Everybody was happy … it was fun and
entertainment for the players as well as for the audience so there
will be a tournament again at the end of March or beginning of April
